Richard W. Zacks has practiced law in Rhode Island for many years, concentrating his practice in corporate law, taxation, trust law, estate planning and estate administration.

Mr. Zacks received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University in 1958 and went on to earn his law degree at Harvard University, graduating in 1961.

Mr. Zacks has served as a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association (Member, Committee on Professional Ethics and Responsibility, 1972-1975) and American Bar Associations and the Commercial League of America.
